Received your order but no longer need it? You can return unused or uninstalled items to us.
Unopened Item
Return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, minus original shipping costs.
Opened & Unused Item
Return opened but unused or uninstalled items within 30 days for a full refund, minus original shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.
Opened & Used Item
Items that have been installed or used cannot be returned, as they are no longer in resaleable condition. However, if the item is in near-perfect condition, you may send us photos or videos for review to determine eligibility for a refund (minus shipping and restocking fees).
Defective or Damaged Item
If your item arrives with major defects such as broken parts, broken threads, or significant structural damage, please contact us immediately for a full refund or replacement. Photos of the defect will be required to initiate a return. Please note that minor cosmetic imperfections such as small scratches are not considered major defects and will not qualify for returns.
